Part-Time Therapist Position (hybrid)

Baltimore Pediatric Psychology is hiring a part-time clinician to join our well-established, growing practice. We specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, mood, and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and young adults. We are committed to thoughtful, practical, skills-based work and strong collaboration with parents/caregivers. This role is ideal for a therapist with experience working with children and/or adolescents who values autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Overview

  • Hybrid position

  • In-person (furnished office provided) Monday afternoons/evenings

  • Flexibility with specific times, to include after-school hours

  • Additional virtual hours scheduled flexibly based on clinician preference

  • Opportunity to grow caseload over time (ideal range: 4-8 clients)

Established Referral Base

Baltimore Pediatric Psychology is a respected private-pay practice with consistent client inquiries. We provide marketing support, website presence, and referral flow to help you build and maintain a caseload.

Administrative & Intake Support

We handle intake calls, initial scheduling, and payment processing so you can focus on clinical care. Follow-up session scheduling is managed by the clinician. We are a private-pay practice that prioritizes high-quality care. The practice manages payment collection and related administrative components (i.e., generating superbills).

Professional Support

  • W-2 employee status

  • Competitive percentage split based on licensure and experience

  • Paid supervision for psychologists working toward licensure

  • Continuing education stipend

  • Case consultation available as needed

  • Compensation (at an administrative rate) for approved networking/marketing time

Infrastructure & Technology

  • Furnished office space available Monday afternoons/evenings (additional times may be available)

  • HIPAA-compliant EHR system with templates to streamline documentation

  • Established telehealth platform for virtual sessions

Applicants may be

  • Pre-licensed psychologists seeking supervision

or
  • Licensed psychologists

or
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C)

Candidates should

  • Have experience delivering evidence-based treatment for anxiety, mood, and/or behavioral concerns

  • Enjoy and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and caregivers

  • Value parent collaboration

  • Be open to light networking to support caseload growth

  • Be able to consistently commit to Monday afternoon/evening in-person hours
